An organic electroluminescent device and manufacturing method thereof, and display device; the organic electroluminescent device comprises a plurality of pixel units; each pixel unit comprises a light-emitting area and a transparent area, and comprises a base substrate (1), a thin film transistor switch (2), and a flat layer (3), a first electrode (4), a pixel defining layer (5), an organic layer (6) and a second electrode (7) sequentially disposed at one side of the thin film transistor switch (2) facing away from the base substrate (1); the first electrode (4) is located in the light-emitting area (A) of the pixel unit; and at least one of the flat layer (3) and the pixel defining layer (5) is only provided in the light-emitting area (A) of the pixel unit. The organic electroluminescent device increases the light transmittance of the transparent area of each pixel unit. |
