摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for managing general draining water of a workplace using a multi-stage water storage. More specifically, a waste treatment water and general draining water are separately managed, and in particular, the general draining water is managed through a multi-stage water storage including an oil-water separation facility and the like, whereby a systematic management base of a general draining water system of a workplace is constructed. The multi-stage water storage includes a multi-stage filter tank and an emergency storage tank. A purification function of general draining water is performed through the multi-stage filter tank. When general draining water purified through the multi-stage filter tank is pure water, the pure water is immediately discharged, but when the quality of the general draining water exceeds a water quality reference or in case of an emergency, the general draining water is allowed to flow into the emergency storage tank, so that a secondary deposition function is performed through the emergency storage tank or an inflow rate to a river is adjusted, whereby flood prevention function is performed or a function of returning to the multi-stage filter tank or a waste water treatment (WWT) is performed to further enhance management efficiency of general draining water. In addition, by installing an emergency blocking gate in a main conduit connected to an inlet of the multi-stage water storage, in case of an accident, in case of emergency, or in case the quality of water is determined to exceed the water quality reference by a water quality monitoring function, discharge of the general draining water is blocked through the emergency blocking gate and the blocked general draining water is transferred to the multi-stage filter tank or the WWT, re-purified, and subsequently discharged, thus performing second and third control of the general draining water, whereby the efficiency of controlling outflow water and efficiency of handling an emergency and an accident can be maximized.
