PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device which achieves improvement of display quality and which can suppress costs for the improvement, a manufacturing method of the electro-optic device, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device includes: a liquid crystal panel 100 including an element substrate 10, a counter substrate 20 arranged in a manner to face the element substrate 10, and a liquid crystal layer 15 sandwiched between the element substrate 10 and the counter substrate 20 via a seal material 14; parting members 110 arranged in a manner to cover the liquid crystal panel 100; and antireflection layers 112 arranged in a manner to cover the parting members 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
