PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool that can easily adjust an irradiation range of light, and a vacuum cleaner including the same.SOLUTION: A suction tool 10 of a vacuum cleaner comprises: a case 20 that comprises a suction port 27; a rotary brush 11 that rakes up dust; and an illuminating unit 100 that irradiates a surrounding area of the case 20 with light. The illuminating unit 100 comprises: a light source 110 that outputs light; a light guide plate 210 on which the light is incident; a reflection plate 220 arranged on the side of a reflection boundary surface 212 of the light guide plate 210; and a transparent cover 230 arranged on the side of a transmission boundary surface 213 of the light guide plate 210. The light outputted from the light source 110 travels through the inside of the light guide plate 210, is directly transmitted through the transmission boundary surface 213 or transmitted through the transmission boundary surface 213 after being reflected by the reflection boundary surface 212, and is applied to a surface to be cleaned present in front of and below the case 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
