PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation with which it is possible to improve the prophylactic or therapeutic effect of heparinoids on hypertrophic scars and/or keloids.SOLUTION: (A) Heparinoids and (B) allantoin, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, derivatives thereof, and/or salts thereof are jointly used, whereby the inhibitory effect on the formation of excess granulation tissue is higher than when heparinoids are used alone, and hypertrophic scars and/or keloids can be prevented or treated effectively.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
