1. An advertisement platform device characterized in comprising:
a determining unit which, when an advertisement request is received from a terminal device, determines whether an advertisement provision toward the terminal device is possible based on the advertisement subscription information for restricting a reception of the advertisement at the terminal device; and a control unit which, when it is determined that the advertisement provision toward the terminal device is possible, enables an advertisement which is selected for the terminal device to be provided to the terminal device. |
