identifying a fault diagnosis technique for an online marketplace, where the fault diagnosis technique comprises procedures and measurements for diagnosing an issue in the online marketplace; evaluating the procedures and the measurements of the fault diagnosis technique for the procedures' and the measurements' effectiveness in diagnosing an issue in the online marketplace; prioritizing the procedures and the measurements of the fault diagnosis technique according to at least the evaluation of the procedures and the measurements; executing at least one of the procedures and the measurements of the fault diagnosis technique according to the prioritization of the procedures and the measurements; storing diagnostic information resulting from the execution of the at least one of the procedures and the measurements; generating a remedy according to at least the diagnostic information; executing the remedy; and evaluating remediation information resulting from the execution of the remedy.
