A fuel supply device (1) that has: a lid member (2) that is attached to an opening (72) of a fuel tank (7); a pump unit (4) that is provided with a pump (41); and a connecting part (3) that connects the lid member (2) and the pump unit (4). The fuel supply device (1) also has: a connecting shaft (45) that is formed on either the connecting part (3) or the pump unit (4); and a connecting hole (31) that is formed in the other, that has the connecting shaft (45) inserted therethrough, and that links the pump unit (4) to the connecting part (3) such that the two can move relative to each other. The fuel supply device (1) also has a guide mechanism (8) that makes it possible for the pump unit (4) to be led so as to move along a surface that is perpendicular to the shaft line of the connecting shaft (45). The guide mechanism (8) is provided with a first guide part that is formed on the connecting part (3) and with a second guide part that is formed on the pump unit (4). One of the first guide part (331) and the second guide part (461) includes a projection that protrudes from a site that is separated from the connecting shaft (45). The other guide part is formed so as to restrict the area in which the projection can move. |
