摘要 The invention relates to a device and a method for analysing nucleotide sequences by means of tunneling current measurement. The device for measuring nucleic acid sequences by means of tunneling current measurement comprises a first, pointed measuring electrode and a second, flat measuring electrode that lies opposite the first measuring electrode. The device further comprises an electrophoresis electrode pair which is arranged in such a way that a nucleic acid can be electrophoretically passed through between the first measuring electrode and the second measuring electrode. The device according to the invention also comprises a measuring unit for measuring the tunneling current during the passage of the nucleic acid and an evaluation device for evaluating the tunneling current in order to analyse the sequence of the nucleic acid.
