The invention relates to an auxiliary actuating element and to a method for producing an auxiliary actuating element. The auxiliary actuating element (1) comprises a securing portion (10) for securing the auxiliary actuating element (1) to a switch (2) and an actuating portion (20) with a force introduction portion (22) for introducing an actuating force to the auxiliary actuating element (1) and with a force transmitting portion (26) for transmitting the introduced actuating force to a component (5) of the switch (2). The securing portion (10) and the actuating portion (20) are connected together via a curved portion (30) lying between the two portions. The auxiliary actuating element (1) is characterized in that the auxiliary actuating element (1) comprises a damping element (40) which at least partly overpowers the curved portion (30) and which is connected to the securing portion (10), to the actuating portion (20) or the curved portion (30), or to a remaining portion of said portions (10; 20) but not to the curved portion (30) or a free end of which rests against said remaining portion (10, 20). |
