Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for battery charging based on an electric power conversion device and a system for battery charging management. The method for battery charging based on an electric power conversion device of the present invention includes the steps of: supplying a first input voltage to a linear regulator from the electric power conversion device; and supplying a second input voltage to the battery from the linear regulator based on the first input voltage. The battery is charged based on the second input voltage and the first input voltage can be determined based on the current voltage of the battery.
