PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately analyzing a component included in a solution having a solvent including detachable hydrogen atoms as a solvent component by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (NMR).SOLUTION: In NMR analysis of a component contained in a solution having a solvent including detachable hydrogen atoms as a solvent component, a deuterium compound having deuterium that is not detached in the solvent is used. Such deuterium compound may be, for example, a compound having at least three equivalent deuterium atoms (for example, methanol-d4).
