摘要 Disclosed is a nozzle for cooling a vacuum furnace, comprising a vacuum heating furnace (3), nozzles (1), lengthening nozzles (2), thermoelectric couples (7) and a deep cavity pressure casting mould (4). Multiple rows of nozzles (1) are arranged in the vacuum heating furnace (3), and all rows of nozzles (1) are equally distributed in the vacuum heating furnace (3). The lengthening nozzles (2) are additionally arranged on the nozzles (1), the lengths of the lengthening nozzles (2) are set to range from 50mm to 250mm according to the depth of the shape of the deep cavity pressure casting mould (4), the distances between end faces of the lengthening nozzles (2) and a cavity face of the mould range from 450mm to 600mm, a material disk is arranged in the vacuum heating furnace (3), the deep cavity pressure casting mould (4) is placed on the material disk and is located in the centre of the vacuum heating furnace (3), and the plurality of thermoelectric couples (7) are placed on a surface of the deep cavity pressure casting mould (4). By means of using the lengthening nozzles, the cooling speed of the deep cavity pressure casting mould is markedly increased, the surface cooling speed is increased, solving the problems that the cooling speed in a recess of the mould is low and the surface cooling speed of the mould is uneven.
