The purpose of the present invention is to increase the durability of a horn tip in an ultrasonic welding device in which the horn tip can be attached to and detached from an ultrasonic horn. The present invention is an ultrasonic welding device (1) for ultrasonic welding of members (W1, W2) to be welded, wherein the device is configured so as to be provided with an ultrasonic horn (3) that generates ultrasonic vibration, a horn tip (4) for propagating the ultrasonic vibration to the members (W1, W2) to be welded, and a connecting member (7) provided between the ultrasonic horn (3) and the horn tip (4) for connecting the same, and is configured such that a first screw part (33) is formed in the tip part of the ultrasonic horn, a second screw part (43) is formed in the base end of the horn tip, a third screw part (71) for screwing together with the first screw part is formed in one side of the connecting member, a fourth screw part (72) for screwing together with the second screw part is formed in the other side of the connecting member, and the ultrasonic horn and the horn tip are connected via the connecting member such that an attachment surface (35) of the ultrasonic horn and an attachment surface (42) of the horn tip are pressed to each other. |
