The present invention relates to a safe operation system for a tram, and more specifically, to a safe operation system which operates a tram by combining images captured by cameras installed at the front and the side of the tram with vehicle operation information. The present invention relates to the safe operation system for a non-catenary tram, wherein a front camera saves information obtained by capturing images at a far distance by narrowing the view angle by means of proportionately operating a zooming function, when the speed of the vehicle is increased, and saves information obtained by capturing images at a near distance by widening the view angle by means of proportionately operating the zooming function, when the speed of the vehicle is decreased, and wherein a side camera monitors an object suddenly approaching the vehicle by means of a digital fence, which is operated when doors are closed when the vehicle starts after stopping, and provides same through an image device to a driver for visual confirmation, thereby allowing safe operation of the tram. |
