The present invention relates to a random payment system which allows a purchaser to propagate the fact of a purchase to another person by means of a social network, messenger, web bulletin board, email, text message, multi-media message and the like so that the other person is cognizant of the purchase, thereby allowing products to be naturally promoted and payments to be settled by another person, and thus allowing a purchase to be settled from a remote location, such as a foreign country, even when a purchaser is not in possession of a credit card or cash. |
