The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an organic semiconductor device having high mobility and having excellent thermal stability and solvent resistance, and a method of manufacturing the same; a novel topochemical polymerizable organic semiconductor compound; and an organic semiconductor layer having high mobility and having excellent thermal stability and solvent resistance, and an organic semiconductor layer-forming composition capable of suitably forming the organic semiconductor layer. The organic semiconductor device according to the present invention is characterized by having an organic semiconductor layer containing: a compound in which, as a topochemical polymerizing group, a group selected from the group consisting of a diacetylene group, a divinylene group, a cinnamic acid group and an anthracenyl group is combined with an organic semiconductor mother nucleus via a linker; and/or a polymer or an oligomer obtained by polymerizing the compound. |
