A cover device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a first cover member coupled to a body unit of an electronic device to be attached thereto and detached therefrom; a second cover member disposed in the first cover member to be able to rotate, and having a display device mounted on an inner side surface thereof; and a connection member including a connection substrate unit for connecting the first cover member to the second cover member to be able to rotate, and electrically connecting the body unit to the display device. Moreover, an electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a body unit having a first display device disposed therein; and a cover unit including a first cover member coupled to the body unit to be attached thereto and detached therefrom, and a second cover member rotating by the first cover member, and having an inner side surface onto which a second display device is fixed to be in one piece. When the first cover member is mounted on the body unit, the second display device may be electrically connected to the body unit. The cover device and the electronic device may be implemented in various ways according to embodiments.
