The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a feed additive including mold rice as an active ingredient and a producing method thereof, and more specifically, to a feed additive invented to be added to an animal feed for farm animals such as cattle, pigs, etc., in a predetermined ratio and fed to farm animals so as to enhance: weight gain in farm animals during breeding periods; efficiency of the animal feed; an immune system to fight digestive diseases in farm animals; and quality of meat. The producing method of the present invention comprises: a grinding step of grinding rice in a grinder (10) to be ground into a particle size of the rice equal to or greater than 2 mm; a transferring step in which the ground rice particles are transferred to a supply regulator (30) by a transferring hopper (20); a water supply step in which water is supplied to the rice particles to be supplied to the supply regulator (30) through a water pipe (40), wherein the rice and water is in the ratio of 1:0.4 to 1; a gelatinization step in which the rice particles mixed with water in the predetermined ratio are supplied through a compression gelatinizing device (50) and gelatinized by heat and pressure applied when the rice particles are compressed and transferred by screws (51); a cooling step in which the gelatinized rice particles are cooled to the room temperature; a starter mixing step in which a yeast starter developed in a potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium added with a rice extract is inputted and mixed; a cultivation step in which the yeast starter is cultured at room temperature for 24 hours; a drying and cooling step in which the cultured yeast starter is dried and cooled simultaneous at the room temperature for eight hours; and a grinding step in which the yeast starter is ground to be powder, wherein the producing method is carried out sequentially. |
