The present invention relates to a purification process of hydrogen peroxide. More particularly, the present invention relates to a purification process of hydrogen peroxide, which purifies hydrogen peroxide using a reverse osmosis membrane, an anion exchange resin, and a cation exchange resin. The reverse osmosis membrane is a porous polymer support coated with a carbon nanosubstance. According to the present invention, duty cycle of the reverse osmosis membrane is increased, and thus costs of purifying hydrogen peroxide are reduced. Also, the purification process of the present invention can successfully purify chlorides, sulfates, and organic carbon materials which are not easily purified. |
