The present invention relates to a control method for a refrigerator and a refrigerator and, more specifically, relates to a refrigerator which can effectively maintain a temperature of each storage chamber while simplifying a refrigerant flow path and reducing the number of components by supplying greater flow rates of cooling air to a storage chamber having a lower target temperature compared to a storage chamber having a higher target temperature of a first storage chamber and a second storage chamber cooled through the same evaporator with the first storage chamber.
