PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt adhesive which is excellent in adhesive properties to a substrate such as paper and polyolefin or the like, excellent in adhesive properties during low temperature, suitable for adhering a straw package to a container formed of the substrate, and in addition, handling of the container with straw during summer is also considered and excellent also in waterproof adhesive properties.SOLUTION: A hot melt adhesive comprises (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer based on vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and conjugated diene compound. (A) The thermoplastic block copolymer includes (A1) a styrenic block copolymer including a diblock copolymer. The hot melt adhesive is excellent in adhesive properties to a substrate such as paper and polyolefin, excellent in adhesive properties during low temperature, suitable for adhering a straw package to a container formed of the substrate and excellent also in waterproof adhesive properties, so that, it can be preferably used as the hot melt adhesive for a container with straw.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
