PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a flat windscreen wiper by providing streamlined portions in the wiper.SOLUTION: A streamlined flat windscreen wiper 1, in particular for a vehicle, includes: a wiper blade 8 extending in a longitudinal direction; at least one stiffening member 6 extending in the longitudinal direction; a longitudinal member 7 for retaining the wiper blade 8 and the stiffening member 6; and streamlined portions 2, 3 which include two terminal caps 3 and a central mounting 2 extending between the terminal caps 3 and connected thereto, the streamlined portions 2, 3 extending in the longitudinal direction. The mounting 2 includes means for fixing the mounting 2 to the stiffening member 6 or to the member 7 for retaining the stiffening member 6, and each cap 3 includes means for guiding terminal parts of the member 7 in a translation manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
