Provided are an image encoding method and device, and an image processing device. The encoding method comprises: determining to utilise a palette mode on a plurality of pixels in an image area to be encoded, and determining to utilise a non-palette mode on another one or plurality of pixels in the image area to be encoded; with regard to the pixels utilising the non-palette mode, according to whether pixel values of the pixels are present in prediction information, determining encoding information of the pixels utilising the non-palette mode; using the encoding information corresponding to the pixels utilising the non-palette mode to perform bit stream encoding. The present invention fully predicts information in order to increase the compression ratio of the pixels utilising the non-palette mode, and further reduces the bit cost of encoding. |
