According to the invention, washing-active, water-insoluble substances that are solid at room temperature are integrated into a substrate that is solid at room temperature so that the substances are homogeneously distributed across the substrate once integrated into it, and the substrate functionalized in this manner is then impregnated with a liquid impregnation medium. The substances integrated into the sheet can contain zeolites and/or layer silicates and/or optical brighteners.
