The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) and method for aging an electrostatic discharge film. The apparatus (10) for aging an electrostatic discharge film, which allows the film to pass through, is provided at one side surface thereof with a film inlet (11) and at the other side surface thereof with a film outlet (12) and includes a plurality of rollers (210) for moving the film therein; heaters (110, 220) for emitting heat to the film; and a steam unit (230) for supplying moisture to the film. Meanwhile, the method for aging an electrostatic discharge film includes: setting a temperature and humidity of the aging apparatus in a controller (300) and maintaining the same (S10); feeding a film to a film inlet (11) when the temperature and humidity in the aging apparatus is maintained (S20); generating heat from the heaters (110, 220) and supplying moisture from the steam unit (230) when the film is moved to the film outlet (12) by the rollers (210) of the aging apparatus, to adsorb moisture on the film (S30); and discharging the film to the film outlet (12) (S40). |
