The present invention relates to a method, an apparatus, and a system for measuring an impedance of a fuel cell using an associated wave having a nonsinusoidal periodic waveform. The method for measuring the impedance of the fuel cell by the impedance measuring apparatus comprises the following steps of: injecting a current of the composite wave having the nonsinusoidal periodic waveform into the fuel cell; receiving a voltage responding to the current of the composite wave from the fuel cell; and measuring the impedance of the fuel cell by using the current of the composite wave and the responding voltage.
