PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce peeling of a color filter layer.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device has a first region including a photoelectric conversion element and a second region and includes: a first light-shielding film arranged only in the second region in a plan view; and a second light-shielding film provided over the first region and the second region so as to overlap the first light-shielding film. The photoelectric conversion device also includes a color filter layer positioned on the first light-shielding film and the second light-shielding film.
