An organic electroluminescence apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a substrate provided with a concave portion, a reflective layer provided along the surface of at least the concave portion, a filler layer having optical transparency loaded into an inside of the concave portion through the reflective layer, a first electrode having optical transparency provided on at least an upper layer side of the filler layer, an organic layer having at least a light emitting layer provided on an upper layer side of the first electrode, and a second electrode having optical transparency and optical reflectance provided on an upper layer side of the organic layer, wherein a portion of the reflective layer and a portion of the first electrode are in contact.
