An oscillator circuit is provided which can stably produce oscillation even when the amount of phase rotation of the piezoelectric resonator is small or fluctuates. This oscillator circuit (51) is provided with a first amplifier (52) which has an input terminal and an output terminal, and with a piezoelectric resonator (53) which is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal of the first amplifier (52), wherein the current flowing from the output terminal of the first amplifier (52) to the piezoelectric resonator (53) is fed back to the input terminal. The oscillator circuit is provided with an AC voltage waveform shaping circuit unit (54) which applies to the piezoelectric resonator (53) an AC voltage waveform in which the rising portion is steeper than a sine wave.
