The present invention relates to an anti-scattering film and a method for manufacturing same, wherein the anti-scattering film comprises: a transparent film; and a hard coating layer formed on top of the transparent film, wherein the hard coating layer comprises a UV-curable acrylate resin, first inorganic nanoparticles, second inorganic nanoparticles, a photoinitiator, and a composition which includes a mixed solvent comprising a ketone-based solvent and an alcohol-based solvent, and wherein a plurality of protruding parts are formed on an upper surface of the hard coating layer. |
