A construction method for drawing a jack-up rig is disclosed. The construction method for drawing a jack-up rig, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step of inserting piles into a seabed; a step of filling the piles with sand in a certain height; a step of preparing sand piles by removing the piles; and a step of arranging a spud can of a jack-up rig arranged to support a ship or an offshore structure from the seabed on the sand piles inserted into the seabed by the piles. Therefore, the present invention easily performs the drawing work of the jack-up rig from the seabed.
