Technology for improving durability during triboelectricition and applying rotational power of an electrified body for triboelectricition more efficiently is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy harvesting apparatus using triboelectricition comprises: a stator having a cylindrical shape with a receiving space formed therein, and a plurality of first protrusions protruding in a direction of a central axis line of the receiving space, respectively, arranged radially in a circumferential direction, and having a first electrification surface on which triboelectricition occurs; a rotor disposed in the receiving space, and having a plurality of second protrusions radially arranged in a circumferential direction, protruding externally in a radius direction, and having a second electrification surface spaced apart from the first electrification surface when facing the plurality of first protrusions; and a contact medium interposed between the first electrification surface and the second electrification surface while the first electrification surface and the second electrification surface are relatively rotated with each other to mediate a selective contact between the first electrification surface and the second electrification surface, such that the first electrification surface and the second electrification surface perform the triboelectricition without a contact therebetween. |
