The present invention relates to a complex building maintenance fee management server, and according to one embodiment of the present invention, the complex building maintenance fee management server may comprise: a residence information setting part, in which residence information of a complex building is set from a resident of the complex building, an application managing part which manages an application that is installed in the complex building resident′s user terminal, and provides a lock page, and transmits unlock information of the lock page, a point managing part for accumulating points for the complex building resident, when unlock information of the lock page is received from the user terminal, and a maintenance fee settling part for converting the accumulated points using pre-set conversion rates, and deducing it from the complex building′s maintenance fee. Thus, an application which sets lock screen is provided to a complex building resident′s user terminal, and points are accumulated corresponding to unlock information, so that they can be deduced from the user′s maintenance fee. |
