PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate having high corrosion resistance at an end face.SOLUTION: A coated metal plate 1 includes: a metal plate 2; a first coating layer 3 which covers a first surface in a thickness direction of the metal plate; and a second coating layer 4 which covers the first coating layer 3. The first coating layer 3 contains a chromate-based rust-preventive agent. An elution rate of a chromate ion per length on the end face from the first coating layer 3 at the end face of the coated metal plate 1 to water is in a range of 5-100 μg/m h. The first coating layer 3 is a cured product of a primer. The primer contains an urea resin-based coating containing blocked isocyanate and polyamine, a polyester resin cross-linked by a melamine resin, and the chromate-based rust-preventive agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
