PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice agitation device which can be used as a device for vinegar blending, for adding vinegar to rice and agitating.SOLUTION: Provided is a rice agitation device for blowing air which is blown from a blowing part, to rice in a container, then cooling and agitating the rice. The container comprises an opening and a shaft part serving as a shaft when vibrating for agitating the rice. The blowing part has a fan for generating wind and a blow-out port for blowing out wind from the fan toward inside of the container. A blow-out direction of the wind is a direction being orthogonal to both of a shaft direction and a direction where the rice moves in the container according to vibration of the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
