摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring method of a light-weight carbon fiber composite material which makes burrs less likely to occur in a periphery of a hole.SOLUTION: At least one layer of a porous prepreg, which is formed by impregnating a porous material with a thermosetting resin, is disposed between carbon fiber prepregs. Then, a recessed part is formed on a surface of a carbon fiber composite material by hot press and the thermosetting resin is cured to form a carbon fiber composite material 10B having the recessed part 11 on a surface. A rotating drill blade 51 is pressed against the recessed part 11 on the surface of the carbon fiber composite material 10B to form a bore 13 so that the bore 13 penetrates through the carbon fiber composite material 10B and the drill blade 51 is removed from the bore 13.
