Disclosed is a data transmission method. The method comprises: simultaneously receiving data simultaneously sent by multiple user data sending ends, the data comprising multiple data frames simultaneously sent by at least one user data sending end; generating a chunking acknowledgement message frame according to a receiving state of the data, the chunking acknowledgement message frame containing a group information identifier and data receiving state information, wherein the group information identifier is used for indicating the chunking acknowledgement message frame to correspond to pre-set multiple user data sending ends which belong to the same group, and the data receiving state information is used for indicating data receiving states of various user data sending ends which belong to the same group, comprising receiving states of the multiple data frames simultaneously sent by at least one user data sending end; and sending the chunking acknowledgement message frame to the multiple user data sending ends.By means of the present invention, the technical problems of being not beneficial to effective spectrum utilization and being not beneficial to power saving of the user equipment which are caused by replying an ACK frame to a user equipment in order are solved, thereby improving the effective spectrum utilization. |
