Disclosed are an uplink scheduling method and apparatus. The invention comprises: determining downlink data blocks required to be repeatedly sent; in each of the downlink data blocks required to be repeatedly sent, carrying traditional uplink state flags having different values and repeated uplink state flags having the same values; and repeatedly sending the downlink data blocks in which the repeated uplink state flags and the traditional uplink state flags are carried. By means of the present invention, during the period of sending the repeated downlink data blocks, uplink scheduling can be carried out on a traditional terminal by utilizing the traditional uplink state flags, and can be carried out on a terminal receiving repeated data by utilizing the repeated uplink state flags, uplink resources are fully utilized, and the utilization rate of the uplink resources is improved. |
