METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A CONCRETE BODY AND CONCRETE SCREW PILE PRODUCED ACCORDING TO SAID METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for producing a concrete body (1) comprising a cavity (3) that is open towards the outside via at least one opening. In said method, a mold core (14) for forming the cavity (3) of the concrete body (1), the shaping surfaces thereof being formed at least partially by a layer (15) of a compressible material which is arranged on a rigid support structure (16) of the mold core (14), is arranged in an outer mold (13a, 13b) for forming the outer surface of the concrete body (1), whereby a space is formed between the shaping surfaces of the outer mold (13a, 13b) and the shaping surfaces of the mold core (14). Said space is then filled with concrete (7), and the concrete (7) is cured, whereby the concrete body (1) is obtained. The mold core (14) is removed through the at least one opening from the shaped cavity (3) of the concrete body (1). The method according to the invention allows the production of concrete bodies (1) having long cavities (3) in a cost-effective manner and in excellent quality by means of the mold casting method.
