The present invention relates to a 2D/3D switching lens comprising: an upper plate; a lower plate; and a crystal liquid layer. The upper plate includes: an upper substrate; an upper transparent electrode, which is formed on the lower surface of the upper substrate; a lenticular lens unit formed on the lower surface of the upper substrate, and at least two lenticular lenses; and a crystal liquid alignment forming layer, which is formed on the lower surface of a lenticular lens unit. The lower plate includes: a lower substrate; a lower transparent electrode, which is formed on the upper surface of the lower substrate; and a crystal liquid alignment forming layer, which is formed on the upper surface of the lower transparent electrode. The crystal liquid layer is included between the upper and lower plates to be driven by an electric field applied by the upper and lower transparent electrodes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the 2D/3D switching lens with improved liquid crystal orientation.
