PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively detect a trace amount of biological material (biomarker).SOLUTION: A fluorescent label for tissue staining accumulates a plurality of fluorescent materials having an excitation wavelength of 550 to 650 nm and an emission wavelength of 570 to 670 nm. The fluorescent label for tissue staining is mainly used as a staining reagent in a biological material detection method including the steps of staining a pathological section by using the staining reagent, and detecting a biological material from the stained pathological section. In the step of detecting the biological material, the expression level of the biological material is evaluated by measurement of the number of bright points.SELECTED DRAWING: None
