Use of Lupinus species to promote performance enhancement

摘要

This patent is based on a novel, food derived method as an ergogenic aid in athletes and to aid the increase in their vigilant concentration and alertness. The innovation utilises the active compounds present in Lupinus spp. The improvement of overall performance is achieved through the oral administration of Lupinus spp. (all species of true lupins) in any form either as a whole food or in dietary supplementary form.
