PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction apparatus capable of detecting the occurrence of an abnormality in a touch panel disposed on the front surface of the apparatus and receiving customer entry to notify a staff member in a portion on a rear surface of the device, and urging the staff member to execute work for dealing with the abnormality that occurs.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction apparatus 100 comprises: a customer operation unit 10 including a customer touch panel 11 disposed on a front surface of the apparatus 100 and receiving a customer's entry; a staff display portion 23 disposed on a rear surface of the apparatus 100 for displaying staff information for a staff member; a customer detection sensor 30 detecting approach of a customer to the front surface of the apparatus 100; and a control unit 60 controlling information relating to abnormal entry that is entry detected a plurality of times in the same coordinate area of the customer touch panel 11 to the customer touch panel 11 to be displayed on the staff display portion 23 if the abnormal entry occurs in a state in which the customer detection sensor 30 does not detect the approach of a customer when inspecting an entry detection state of the customer touch panel 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
