PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance signal quality of reception signals.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a communication system comprises a transmission electrode, a first transmission line, a transmission circuit, a reception electrode, a second transmission line, and a reception circuit. The first transmission line has its one end connected to the transmission electrode. The transmission circuit is connected to the other end of the first transmission line, and transmits transmission signals. The reception electrode is capacitively coupled with the transmission electrode. The second transmission line has its one end connected to the reception electrode. The reception circuit is connected to the other end of the second transmission line, and receives reception signals via the reception electrode and the second transmission line. Characteristic impedance of the first transmission line and the second transmission line is greater than output impedance of the transmission circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
