PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device which can achieve improvement of display quality, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device includes: a base plate 300; mirrors 102 provided away from the base plate 300 on one side of the base plate 300; support parts 105 which are provided between the base plate 300 and the mirrors 102 and which have portions connected with a part of each of the mirrors 102 in a manner to support the mirrors 102; a light transmissive cover base material 510 for covering at least the support parts 105 and the mirrors 102; and a first transparent laminated film 520 provided on one side of the cover base material 510.
