摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polymerizable liquid crystal compound allowing easy production of a wavelength conversion film that has excellent polarized light-emitting properties and inhibits deterioration of the polarized light-emitting properties even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment; a wavelength conversion film; a wavelength conversion member and a method for producing the same; a backlight unit; and a liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: A polymerizable liquid crystal composition includes quantum rods that are excited by incoming excitation light and emit fluorescence, and a polymerizable liquid crystal compound. The length of the major axis of each quantum rod is 20-100 nm, and the aspect ratio of each quantum rod is 4-20, where the aspect ratio is the ratio between the length of the major axis and the length of the minor axis of each quantum rod.SELECTED DRAWING: None
