The present invention relates to a method for producing cholinergic neural cells and cholinergic neural cells produced by the method, wherein the method comprises a step for forming neural precursor cells from stem cells so as to continuously produce cholinergic neural cells with high purity and the same trait, and then differentiating the neural precursor cells into the cholinergic neural cells. The use of the method for producing cholinergic neural cells, provided in the present invention, can produce cholinergic neural cells at high purity and can fast produce cholinergic neural cells with the same trait, and thus the method of the present invention can be widely utilized in the effective treatment of degenerative brain-nervous system diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease.
