The present invention relates to a multi charging apparatus for an electric movement means and a multi charging method. The multi charging apparatus can perform rapid charging and slow charging at once or in serial order within a supply power amount supplied from the outside. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the multi charging apparatus for an electric movement means includes: a rapid charging unit supplying power to an electric movement means which can be rapidly charged; a slow multi charging unit supplying power to the electric movement means which can be slowly charged; a distribution unit distributing external power supply supplied from the outside and transmitting the distributed power to the rapid charging unit and the slow charging unit; and a control unit controlling power supply or power interruption to the electric movement means connected to the slow multi charging unit.
