The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for supplying hybrid power by using regenerative power generated at an offshore plant. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the apparatus for supplying hybrid power of an offshore plant, which comprises: a generator; an AC/DC converter for converting, into direct current, alternating current generated by the generator, and supplying the direct current to a DC bus; a power load connected to the DC bus, and generating regenerative power; a power storage unit for storing the regenerative power; and a resistance unit for consuming the regenerative power when the capacity of the power storage unit is full. The power load is positioned in a drill floor. The power storage unit and the resistance unit are positioned under a catwalk extended from the drill floor.
